For all Life Scouts working on Eagle Projects and seeking donations and reimbursements from the troop please follow the guidelines below:
1. Have all donations paid by check made out to Troop 343.
2. After a number of donations have been collected, submit a Request for Deposit Form to the Committee Treasurer with donators name, donation amount, and check number. You may add to this same form as other donations are recieved.
3. After money is spent, you must submit a Request for Reimbursement Form with a copy of reciepts for your Eagle Project expenses to the Committee Treaurer for reimbursement. You may need to submit several of these forms during the life of your Eagle Project.
If you make purchases at Walmart specifically for your Eagle Project, you may obtain a Tax Exempt Number from the Scoutmaster.
