Mr. Kent Wilborn of Monte Sano State Park has an idea for an Eagle Project and needs help. The state park has plans to enhance the overlook area on top of Monte Sano with flowering shrubs, trees and install a stone bench. This has "Eagle Scout Project" written all over it.
